I applied through my school and two weeks later got picked for an interview. The interview was at my school and consisted of a 30 minute behavioral interview with a HR representative followed by a 30 minute technical interview with one of their engineers. The technical interview seemed to be more geared towards learning more about how I would fit with the company than my technical skills/experience.

For the technical interview I was asked what is the difference between a globe valve and a ball valve.

Interview
Initial meeting at Career fair on Campus. Followed up with interview with Engineer with the company and straight into an interview with a HR rep. HR rep was all behavioural questions. Then second round was 2 more interviews with senior engineers. Great interview, relaxed, discussed how I wanted my career to evolve, answered all my questions. Albemarle are a great group of people, made sure the job I wanted, in the location I wanted was the issue.
