I got put into 4 interviews, good things: The people were very welcoming and nice to talk to. There was no corporate feeling to it. Less good things: It felt messy. No one I spoke to had prepared anything. They knew they had to fill in a position, but they didn't know what questions to ask or what person they were looking for. After doing 4 interviews of which 3 interviews were basically exactly the same interview, but with different people, they preferred a different candidate. I asked for feedback, which was only 2 sentences from one of the interviewers. Any follow up questions were ignored.
