The lady who spoke with me over the phone had her kids playing and making noise in the background, which I totally understood the hardship of being a working parent; but then she said she’s going on vacation next week, and we spoke on a Friday, so the whole time she was rushing me off the phone, didn’t give me opportunity to explain myself, didn’t even ask if I have any questions at the end of the interview, I could sense that she’s trying to get this over and done with so she could go back to her kids and starting her vacation early, so the interview was basically “okay okay bye”. Maybe I wasn’t a promising candidate to begin with that’s why she wasn’t taking me seriously, but it is bad ethic for a HR person to treat candidates unfairly.
Got contacted and set up the interview over the phone it was very brief and good. They were very professional, articulate and kind. They made me understand the role clearly and they answered all my questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aledade in Jun 2023
Interview
Received extremely positive feedback throughout only to be rejected a week after 5th interview. Basic interview questions. Friendly people. VERY convoluted, dragged, unnecessary interview process that recruiter wasn’t clear on upon initial interview. I applied online. I interviewed at Aledade (Washington, DC) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone call with HR and then a video call with the director. The first call was more about the role and the position, the second interview focused on me and how I would be qualified.
