The interview process was seamless and transparent. I felt valued as a candidate and included throughout the entire process. There were two rounds of interviews--1 phone interview and 4 1:1 interviews. The process allowed me to not only showcase my skills and abilities, but also understand the role of Aledade and the members on the team of the position I was applying for.
