I would say most people are great and friendly but some feedback are super weird, which makes the whole process seems a waste of time, so I vote bad in general for this interview.
1. HR call to go through the overall process and understand the position.
2. Hiring manager call about the elevator question. (Very interesting talk about 30 mins, and could raise different interesting topics)
3. Codility test (2 question, python + sql), and it's pretty easy in general but requires some corner case check
4. System design (1 hour), Very great experience too, and lots of different areas are covered, and had pretty great feedback.
5. Project retrosepct (1 hour), great experience too as you could choose any project you would like to share. More behavior than technical but great.
6. Codility test review (1hour), and I think the problem is this round according to the feedback. The feedback is that I could not explain my codes' logic well, and this is really ridiculous, as for these questions, I didn't even use AI tools that much and they are almost finished by myself and I even spent time during the assessment to improve the readibility and time complexity. I have NO IDEA why I receive very negative feedback for this one, as I didn't hear any question saying they are confused about my logic or my thinking process. Also, the 2 questions are not even hard compared to my previous coding interviews, It's sush an awful experience to me as the process is super long, and the results are totally out of expectation. I don't understand how people could simply give very negative feedback afterwards without even showing some signs during the interview.
7. 15 min HR call to tell me the results.
Many people are great but in general the process is very negative (awful).
