Overall, the interview process was very thorough, and I got to meet many members of the team. From those conversations, it was clear they all care deeply about the company and definitely know what they’re doing. A few of the interviews were on the challenging side—though that makes sense for a Senior role. If you have a strong handle on React and system design, you should be set. One thing that I didn't realize until the very end of the process was how good the benefits were (full medical, unlimited PTO, and solid professional growth opportunities). If you're interviewing, I'd definitely get some additional details on those to help you make your decision. All in all, it was a positive experience, and I was happy to receive an offer at the end.
