I applied through the Summer on the Cuyahoga website, and I was contacted about a week later with a phone call from their recruiter. From there, we scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was with the two men I'd be working under, and they asked me questions, mostly non-technical, about how I would approach projects and a little bit about my work experience. They also talked about how quickly I could catch up on learning new languages. I didn't feel so great about the interview afterward, but they apparently felt differently. I got the impression that the culture wouldn't be a good fit for me, though. Less than 3 days later, I got a call from the recruiter informing me that they'd like to offer me an internship.
