Started with two phone screens by a third party recruiting firm. Based on their recommendation, proceeded to the internal interviews. All but two of the interviews were group interviews, and were organized well and managed for time efficiently to make sure I had time to ask questions. Some of the same questions kept popping up, but I think part of that is looking for consistency in your answers. I ended up with an extra round or two of internal interviews because key people were out, but I didn't mind because they kept things moving right along. I did all of my internal interviews within 8 days, total process was barely 2 weeks. And I got an offer the day after my final interviews!
