3 Hours, meeting 3 different teams and multiple tech tests. You start off with a bunch of questions getting to know each other. Then you will be grilled on some tech related stuff which is easy enough if you know what you are talking about. Then jump into tech questions on hacker rank. They don't describe what they want you to do in writing anywhere and they don't set the tests up so you can compile / debug your solution at all. So if you are an introvert or suffer from anxiety or just in general struggle with auditory instructions and brain fog while under social pressure. You are screwed because they will give you about 6 of these tests overall. They will all be staring at you through your camera while you try and write / think about the solutions. To top it off they then start grilling your solutions before you even finish writing them. so if you are like me and you write rough code and then refactor just forget it, because they wont allow you the time to think and reflect. If you want to pass this interview process you have to take Xanax and have google open on another browser ready to cheat because realistic development and being introverted is not allowed here.
