I submitted my resume to ad for an Executive Assistant and I was contacted by a recruiter for an phone screen.
The phone screener was extremely professional, courteous and described the stated position and all of the company benefit in great detail, which I appreciated.
However, the ZOOM interview with the actual Program Manager was much to be desired. He seemed to be annoyed, distracted and went on and on about how "demanding" the role was and how there was really no "work/life balance", which was great for transparency but awful to a candidate.
Not surprising that I haven't received an sort of follow up, email or feedback. Beware!
