Alliance Legal Group interview questions

The hiring process was informal. Two interviews several days apart. The company has a very specific point of view and looks for employees that can reflect that point of view. The interview process is not stressful if you can comfortably key into the company's culture. They are very upfront about their view point and it is consistent when you are employed there. The most successful candidates will be able to commit to the "ministry" aspect of the company. The corporate culture can be oppressive because of the heavy-handed interpretation of its religious view-point even for those who agree with the belief system but may have a different approach to expressing their views. In addition, the caseload is overwhelming for newer attorneys, which makes the work environment stressful.
