    Sales Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Indianapolis, IN
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Allstar Animal Removal (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2014.

    Interview

You get a phone call to meet at a Starbucks. You are told you will meet with xxx, when you get there it will be someone else "filling in for him". You will get a call to attend a second interview, either at a "vacant looking house" or an temp. office set up. You again meet with someone you were not expecting, but towards the end a person with the name you were expecting shows up, talks fast, and asks questions from a Dale Carnegie course.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing really. They will ask you to sell them some arbitrary made up item on the spot   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

They offered training in FL. which they did not even set up transportation for. Looked up reviews and found the Company is a sham.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Allstar Animal Removal.

    Interview

Saw ad on Craigslist promising 40-60k/yr and a company truck. Sent my resume, got called the next day, interviewed the next day and had to be at (unpaid) training the next morning across the state. Whole process time: 3 days. Was not told that training was unpaid until after it started. Interview was easy. I just told them what they wanted to hear: I was ready to start, I was money motivated, I enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather, I was willing to learn how to sell. I have a biology degree, and I think they get off on having "biologists" on staff.

    Interview Questions

    • They might ask you to sell them a bottle of water or some miscellaneous object. If you have zero sales experience, that might throw you for a loop.   Answer Question

    Wildlife Specialist Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Dallas, TX

    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstar Animal Removal (Dallas, TX) in February 2013.

    Interview

Interviewed, then 3 day unpaid training in another city. Seemed suspect that "trainers" were almost an hour late on the 1st day. The "office" was a room that was apparently reserved for use by another group. Many things didnt make sense. Overall very seedy organization and use of tactics and deception.

    Interview Questions

    • Q: What can I expect to make? A: around 40-60k minimum.   2 Answers

    Negotiation

no negotiating, would not recommend to anyone to accept. Company will short your pay, lie to you and your customers, then discard you if you ask certain questions .
