Worst interview process ever. I had one technical round at the Allstate bengaluru office. Interview went all well and got the response same day that i cleared the round. Post this starts the drama, they scheduled onsite skype round which took around 2 months to actually take place. Sometimes interview panel is not there or sometimes they are cancelling the round at last moment. HR's will hardly care to respond to your mails. One fine day finally second technical round happened, answered all the questions related to automation testing and web services testing, but got a mail post 3 days about my candidature not taken forward. Guys small suggestion just don't fall into trap of this organization's interview process, they are not professionals. I still doubt how a person can get rejected on performing better in later rounds. Sick organization.
