How do you balance teaching standards, managing different student needs, handling behavior issues, and communicating with parents—all at the same time?
The admin team called to cancel my first interview slot so last-minute that I had already parked on campus, which was a tough first impression. I did come back for a rescheduled interview and it was fine, although the team still seemed preoccupied. I ended up withdrawing my candidacy.
