I applied through my college. 1st round consists of pen and paper test. Questions asked from basic concepts of c,c++ and vector algebra. I cleared the first round. Second round was HR round. Basic technical questions were asked. Unfortunately I was not selected in that round. But the questions were so simple

good, but gave joining date very soon.... Requested for postponement through mail... no reply for any query mails... I didnt expected this from such a company... question were easy... Interviewer was cool... Gave complete description of work.... Salary offer is less than present standards....

It was a Telephonic interview, basic CAE questions were asked. Mostly about HyperMesh and Altair Tools. I was interviewed by three members. firstly they check your communication skills, it has to be very good. You should have good basic knowledge on solid mechanics.
