1st phone interview for about 20-30 minutes with HR. this was like pre-screening. after a week, I was invited to a 2nd interview. 2nd interview for about 2h max which included discussion with HR and Director of the group which was hiring, and technical test

Interview
First is an HR interview which is short and straightforward. The recruiter will just ask your reason for exploring as well as your asking salary.
Second is a panel interview with hiring manager and up manager. They will ask your experiences, motivation, handling situations, and technical skills. They will also discuss the role and expectations.
