They conducted multiple interview rounds, including an AI-based interview and a coding round. At the same time, they initiated background verification and collected sensitive personal information such as Aadhaar details, PF information and income-tax related data.
It also appears that they are tied up with multiple third-party vendors, and candidates are asked to share their personal information with these vendors at a very early stage of the interview process.
This creates a serious concern, as these vendors seem to be involved mainly in collecting and processing candidate data rather than supporting any real hiring activity.
However, there was no clear evidence of an actual job opening. The overall process appeared to be focused primarily on collecting candidates’ personal data, even at the initial interview stage.
Because of this experience, I strongly advise candidates to be extremely cautious and to avoid sharing sensitive personal information with any vendor or third party unless a genuine job offer and proper hiring communication are provided.
Please be aware of such vendors and third-party partners involved in the early interview stages, as this raises serious concerns regarding data privacy and misuse of personal information.
