Amaro does a very thorough interview process, from the recruiter to the person you are applying to work for. They leave no stone unturned. I did a phone interview with HR and then came into the office and met with people 4 different times before I was hired. They do a background check as well as test you depending on the job you apply for. I appreciate the process as they know what they are looking for.
