Standard. Stuff not too complicated. Pretty basic, just a few remote interviews and the. An in person one that didn’t take too long and was pretty easy that’s about it
Applied online, completed assessment test, then had a virtual interview focused on Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Evaluated on customer service, problem-solving, and communication. Received job offer after successful performance and background check.
Very smooth, nice recluters, we done three rounds of interviews, they ask me What are your strengths and your weakness, what are you bringing to this company and what is your schedule
