The interview took place during the COVID shutdown, so everything was virtual. Normally the interviews are held in person.
Initially I had a one-on-one interview via Zoom with a graduate of the credit analyst training program. It went very well so I advanced to the second round of interviews. This round was composed of several managers/HR staff and the remaining candidates altogether in a Zoom meeting. First we each answered questions in front of the group before moving on to private interviews with two hiring managers. Then, we moved on to another private interview with two more hiring managers. At the end of the first two hours or so, we all reconvened (although oddly most candidates did not return) with two recent graduates of the training program and discussed any remaining thoughts/questions.
Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.
It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
