The Director called me to set up an in person interview. I went in two days later and had the interview for about 45 minutes. The questions were mainly about my experience teaching and how I usually am in the classroom. She told me the same day to come back for a demo class the following week. After the demo class, we talked about areas of improvement and then she offered me the job.
