Hiring process consists of a phone interview, then a skype interview with a manager, and base personnel. They will ask you to do a skills assessment. I was offered the position but chose to not accept. You are an outside contractor for the company and work by yourself on a military base. I have worked these types of jobs before, and they are challenging to get help when you have technical or HR questions because you are working remotely. The company is based out of California and plop their employees around the country to do work on military bases, often alone or with very minimal help. I thin this is a terrible business model, but this is how many jobs are heading these days unfortunately. I would recommend finding an inside position working with a team of people if you are in a technical field so you can get help when needed and not by yourself. However this is just my personal opinion. The company is friendly and the hiring process is straight forward.
