Interview
There was a screening interview with HR followed by first phone interview with the director of the department whom I eventually reported to. Then, there was a second in-person interview with the EVP and other staff in the department. Organized and professionally conducted.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Urological Association (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
On Teams with 2 from AUA. 2 diff agencies told me the same thing about AUA, "We have a long standing relationship and they have been a repeat client". They ask for a lot but pay is only average if that. Sound overly picky as 2 days after they interviewed myself and other candidates another recruiter called me about the same position. Said they got the job order yesterday. So they have excess turnover at least in some departments/positions. One recruiter I know had previously filled the same position I interviewed for.
