Phone Interview: Standard interview protocol where I was asked about 8 questions and then had the opportunity to ask questions about the company, job description, job position, and recruitment process.

The process started with an HR phone call followed by an interview with the person who would be my manager during my internship. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and the interviews were relaxed and easy.
I had two phone interviews. One with the HR Manager, and the second was with my supervising manager that outlined the job position and how my past experiences would be useful in this position.
