Interview
Very straightforward, took about 30 mins plus a tour of the lab. Submitted resume online and was then emailed requesting in-person interview. Interview consisted of resume review and asked for details on past employment. Panel of three people consisting of owners and management. Did not ask too many technical questions. Were interested to know what software I'd used in the past.

Interview
Interviewed by senior management group of 3 people. Was pretty straight forward as far as interviews go. If you list any environmental qualifications with abbreviations, like NELAP, NEPA, EPA, etc. expect them to ask you what the abbreviation stands for.
