Cons:
1. The interview process was long and tiresome with multiple rounds, but the problem is that they are spaced too far. It took around 4 months for my entire process.
2. The salary expectation shared at the start of interview by me was right away put in into the dumpster as the final offer i received was no where close to my expectation. And on top of that if you try to negotiate and show them reason for your expectation, you are rebuked and termed as money-minded (too bad to think about your own career interests).
3. Speed of growth burns you out and on top of that the compensation is not fair. Compensation is not good as it used to be in earlier days.
Pros:
1. Good part of the process was that however far spaced the rounds were, there were no cancellations or reschedules. Most and all the interviewees were polite and professional.
Will suggest everyone to have a fair discussion about your compensation expectations and pay range offered for the opportunity at the very beginning of the process.
