Overall normal. Phone screen and then interview. They always need vineyard people during the season along their Niagara vineyards. Long hours and normal pay. They do have incentives to entice you to work.

Three interviews, screening, phone and in person. Interview process was smooth but employer ghosted after third interview. After making it to that point, I believe the candidate at least deserves a call back, if not an email.
