Interview process is usually 4-5 rounds. First round is to evaluate the candidate’s basic skills. Depending on the role it could be preparing a solution for a case study in excel or ppt. Further rounds are interviews by the would be immediate Lead, and then higher ups. Final round may involve interview from one of the colleagues from US or Europe.
