First, had to submit an unofficial transcript (cost me $15). The online application is extremely long and difficult to navigate.
Two months after submitting my application I got an invitation to an in person interview. Before appearing before a panel of 5, I was given all of the interview questions on a clip board and given 10 minutes to think about my answers (no notes).
Actual panel was incredibly sterile and lifeless. Everyone read the same questions from the clipboard verbatim.
Questions at the end were also bizarre because the lead hiring manager didn't attempt to answer the question I was actually asking and seemed to have pre-canned answers to questions he thought I would ask. It was unpleasant and robotic at best. Attempts to ask questions of the others in the room were ignored and deferred to the dept. lead.
Moreover, the position wanted an experienced full-stack content marketer with photography, film, and video editing experience at an introductory-level pay.
