I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Anthesis Consulting Group (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
The process was exactly as described on the job posting - one HR interview, one team interview, a written task, and a final interview (never got there).
HR interview: 15-20min, very friendly, mostly about role expectations and motivations.
Team interview: 1h, super friendly and you learn a lot about the job. It was a mix of motivations, skills, and knowledge about due diligence sector. Some questions were not necessarily hard, but required to stay a bit up to date with the news.
A written task: classic due diligence exercise you get at other firms. It's quite long at 6h though but you're allowed to do whenever you can.
I didn't pass to the next stage but got pretty good and detailed feedback on the written task so it was overall a good experience. The only negative thing I have to say is that between the HR interview and team interview, nearly two months had passed with no contact nor replies to follow ups.

Question 1
Hardest questions: recent news story relevant to due diligence? Recent legislation relevant to the sector?

Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. Often weeks/months apart. 3-4 rounds, including writing test, over the span of 4 months. No response/feedback/rejection letter after making it to the final interview, which was at the office and lasted almost 3 hours.
