AnyRoad interview questions

Interviewed with anyroad over two and a half weeks and I can't say enough nice things about the people I spoke with. This was my process: a recruiter call, zoom with head of revenue marketing, and four others the role would work with. Every person was friendly and made the interviews very social/ inviting. I had made it to the final round and unfortunately didn't receive the offer but would have gladly accepted one.

I was a passive candidate. We had the typical first call just to see if there's interest and if it's worth moving forward. After our conversation, I was definitely interested, and they said they'd get back to me by end of week or beginning of next week with next steps. By end of the following week, I had heard nothing, so I pinged them. Silence. Waited another week, then pinged again. More silence. They explicitly stated that they don't have many open positions, so it's not like they're drowning in applicants. It's really simple to send an email saying "no thanks", especially if you say you're a "people-first" company. They had already used three different ways to contact me, so there was no excuse for ghosting me.
