Applied through the career page. Submitted a 60 second video on why I want to work / why they should hire me. Initial phone screen. Zoom interview with the Support Manager and Operations Director followed by support team members. Received a call 4 hours after then Zoom interview. The total process took 3 weeks.

- Quick! I applied through LinkedIn and got a speedy phone interview with HR. A Zoom interview followed shortly thereafter, and then an offer.
- Make sure to do your research on the company! Spend time reading through their site and support articles before the writing exercises. You can really win them over by emulating their brand style. Be liberal with your tacos! (Read their site, and you'll see what I mean.)
- They have a big focus on making sure the company is also a good fit for you personally. Your future co-workers are in on a panel interview, and while panels normally make me nervous (even when they aren't on Zoom), it really works here! You get a perspective from actual team members that you wouldn't only talking to managers. It made me feel much more relaxed, and it made me more confident that I knew what I was getting into once an offer was made.

Interview
The interview process was very quick. I applied online and received an email to schedule a call the next day from the recruiter. After I had my initial conversation with the recruiter they put me through to the next round which was an at home project. This consisted mostly sample emails from customers to answer. The final step was the "in person" interview (which was on Zoom due to COVID-19) with the Operations Director, Customer Support Manager, and Customer Support Team Members.
