I applied online back in June and went through a phone screen with a manager where I reviewed my experience and got some feedback about the role. Shortly after I was scheduled to come in for an interview with the Team. There were 4 interviews back to back with each team member I would interface with. Each interviewer asked me to solve several scenarios. At the end of each meeting they relayed their thoughts to me and recommended areas of improvement where I lacked. It was actually one of the most enjoyable interviews I've ever been through. After I came in, they went through a hiring freeze due to the acquisition by Vista. I got an offer a month later after the freeze was over.
