Interview
40 minute pitch on virtues of working for this company. Then told to be considered a viable candidate there is a pre-interview requirement to complete a cognitive and psychology test. Highly recommended to buy a subscription at jobtestprep.com to prepare. Provided with link for test. After taking test - no follow up. Anyone have a similar experience? Scam?
The interview process went well overall. After my initial conversation with the HR representative, she sent me a take-home task that was quite challenging. Shortly afterward, the Iran war began, and I wasn’t able to complete the assignment on time. She called to check in, understood my situation, and allowed me to extend the deadline. In the end, I didn’t move forward in the process, but they provided feedback about the decision. Overall, it was an okay experience.
I had an initial phone screen and they asked me to take do an assessment after my phone screen. I took the assessment which took about an hour and never heard back so I followed up and asked if I failed the assessment. They told me that I did not fail. However, they went with someone else.
