Archer interview questions

I had an initial 30-minute screening interview with one of the hiring managers. The conversation focused on my background, previous technical project management experience, and how I handle cross-functional collaboration and tight deadlines. There were also a few behavioral questions related to communication, prioritization, and problem-solving. Overall, the interviewer was professional and the process felt organized and straightforward.

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and setup a call with me to do an initial screen. She said that she was going to meet with the hiring manager the following week and get back to me with feedback. She never got back to me and ignored all communication from me. Thanks for ghosting me when you're the one who reached out to me.
