Interview
I would strongly advise against wasting your time with this company. I received an interview confirmation email from Allanah and Vaishali, and the process included four rounds:
Introduction with the Manager
Technical and experience discussion with the Project Manager
Coding round
Meeting with the CEO
Each round consists of one and half hours.
I cleared all the rounds, only to be ghosted afterward. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, I received no response from the company. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to go through a lengthy process, only to be left in the dark with no feedback or communication.
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to setup a phone interview. Did one 45-minute phone interview with the Recruiter and a Director. Then another 50-minute phone interview with the Recruiter and a VP. The VP mentioned that he would contact me in 4 weeks to follow up. It is way past that deadline and I still have not heard back. I even emailed the VP at 4 weeks to follow up, and still no word. Not very professional considering I gave the company 1.5 hours of my time (unpaid).
