Arconic Interview Questions

Very welcoming. It was a short interview, didn’t ask any questions about skills and abilities just really told me about the job and what it would involve. Accommodated an interview time after work.

The interview process was standardized and straightforward. I applied through an online job site and was approached by an HR professional. We had a video interview where they asked STAR questions.

I had three interviews. First with recruiter, second with hiring manager and third with senior management team. Expectations for 2nd and 3rd round interviews are more precise to the job.

Teams meeting with the hiring manager then an on site interview with the hiring manager and 3 other team members. Total waste of time. Do not bother with a company that still requires in person interviews!

Onsite interview with behavioral elements. Where you meet the team and go on a site tour to see the plant. Mostly you talk about yourself and your work experience and passion to learn

3 zoom interviews. First with recruiter. One with direct manager. Two with other attorneys. Two with direct team members. This was during Covid. Process could be different now or include in person aspect.

The interview process consisted of an over the phone interview, a video interview, and an in-person interview. After the final interview, I received an e-mail two days later notifying me that I was not selected for the job. Although the interview questions were not challenging, the hiring team potentially had higher standards. I felt the interview went fairly well. Overall, the process was efficient and the interviewers were very professional.

Behavioral based interview, focus on teamwork, adapting to change. Computer skills. Making a decision with limited information. Was a fairly quick turnaround to hear a response. Interview with a panel of 2-3 people.

Smooth transition, a bit unorganized, new interviewer, new to the job. Turnover was high. Extremely unorganized company. Would not recommend to anyone. Outdated systems and slow. No diversity at the organized and not enough experience to pass on to new employees who were offered position. Pay is low as well.

Unprepared group of personnel. Read canned questions. Disengaged...felt like i was interrupting their day. 1 manager kept looking at his computer. Not interested in the help. 1 manager was focused on tell me how important he was and his work the culture was not top notch. favorite part: their key operations person called a senior manager at my company to share that i interviewed. helped me to decide to stay at my current workplace!
