    Good pay. Cooperative environment. Great place to learn a lot due to the need to wear multiple hats.

    Cons

    Inconsistent business conditions. Lack of manpower. Too much time wasted doing administrative tasks.

    The offsite management team was not helpful to work with for the most part. Lots of terminations that I saw.

    You are left to do your own thing with no supervision

    Cons

    There is no sense of value or vision for the company. Upper management has been with the firm forever, and they have no interest in changing. They keep doing the same thing they have done for 30 years, and just don't care. Not a place for fresh, talented people.
