the interview was with two consultants. it was quite relaxed. they have asked questions like tell me about a time, give me an example etc. they covered my questions about the existing projects etc

why Argon
There first was a personal fit interview combined with an assessment assessment. Afterwards, you do two more rounds which are case interviews. The process is relatively difficult but definitely doable if prepared well

Interview
Very easy interview but I got an offer from another company with a higher pay; we were allowed to receive two offers only during placements and i got the higher one later. So had to decline argon & co. But the people and higher ups emailed extremely rudely on how I could have rejected the offer. Quite frankly a lot of people reject offers that are of lower pay or if they dont like the job so in my opinion I did nothing wrong. But they made a very big deal out of it, also rejecting the only other person they had waitlisted and promised to never come back to my college. Honestly good for me, would have been stuck doing boring consultancy work for 10 hrs a day with such low pay and the way they reacted? dodged a huge red flag!
