5 interviews - RH manager: in order to know more about myself - Fonctional manager: I already knew here so she only asked me about what I would like to do, what I thought about the company and what I would fear integrating the position - Establishment director: the same - Fonctional director : in order to know more about my self and my experience - RH director: he completely tricked me - I was told I had the job by the fonctional manager, while he told me the decision wasn't finalised and got me to sign a contract with a lower salary than expected
