Doing Introduction about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, Written test about translating paragraphs and find out grammatical mistakes in a given time (Chinese and English), the skills you have etc.

An enjoyable process! The team are friendly and kind and passionate about what they do. The first half of the interview included some form-filling and the regular HR questions about why you want the job and what the job is like etc. The second half was dedicated to a written test. All in all, a good experience. Positives all around.
