I got the interview call via referral. The process took almost 1 month. I interviewed in May 2022
Interview process:
1. Screening call with HR.
2. Take-Home Assignment (Backend)
4. Assignment Review Round
5. Take-Home Assignment(Frontend)
6. Assignment Review Round
7. Call with the Engineering Manager( Salary discussion)
The slowest interview process i have ever seen. It took almost 1 month for this process. They had forgotten to give the frontend assignment, had to do the frontend part separately and attend the review round again. I cleared all rounds with ease. The hiring manager gave a positive feedback.
I had communicated my salary expectations from the very beginning and they weren't willing to provide any relocation benefit. I agreed to it. I was said that i would get the offer within 2 days and i was told the joining date as September 5th. 3rd day HR sets up a call to inform me that they are not going to proceed with the offer due to unstable circumstances.
I came across another review which had a similar rejection. Such a poorly managed company wasting so much time and energy.
My kind request for anyone attending an interview at arive. Please keep looking for other offers and do not rely on this company.
