I recently interviewed with Aroma360 Aventura and had a positive experience. The process was well-organized, and the interviewers were professional. The questions were insightful, giving me a good sense of the company's values. I appreciated learning about their culture and future projects. Interview
I was really disappointed in my interview process. I felt that the job description was SO misleading and I was really blown away when I learned about the role I was actually interviewing for vs the role I thought I was interviewed for. I was really upset that I wasted my time creating a tailored resume and cover letter as well as taking the time to present polished and professional for the virtual interview to be met by the recruiter who was so extremely casual, didn’t seem to know about the store structure, and overall just gave bad vibes.
Interview was great! Jill was very nice and welcoming and asked great questions! I feel i did a very great job! Seems like a very awesome company too work for
