I applied online. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) in May 2023
The interview process was straight forward and informative. I had a phone and an in person interview at Arrive's Chicago office. Both the recruiting and management team were very knowledgeable and transparent.
- The questions asked were less formal due to my background and it was more conversational. We talked about my background and what the expectation is working at Arrive.

I applied online. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in May 2023
Very informative, I loved that I got to shadow an actual employee and got to hear their experience and point of view. I saw what a normal day of work could look like and real-life scenarios of what is like to work at Arrive. I liked that I got to meet one of the directors and got to hear their experience, leadership style, and what they can do for me to grow as a professional.
- What can I do to get a yes from you if I offered you a job?

Anonymous Employee in Chicago, IL
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) in May 2023
Pretty smooth, round 1 was a recruiter call for a general background interview (30 min), round 2 was with the director of engineering for a bit more in-depth questions about my technical background and team fit (30 min), and round 3 was with some of the developers to do a code review, systems design review, and team fit (2 hours). They gave me a decision within a day of the final round!
- How do you define success? What would the result of this code be? How would design the architecture behind this API?

Applied on website and then a recruiter emailed me to set up 30 min phone screening. Spoke with recruiter who said he would proceed with setting up a panel interview with the AR manager and leads, and that I should receive an email within 24 hrs. I never received an email for the panel interview and I followed up with the recruiter, but he never responded back
- What would someone already in this role would say is the most challenging task?

Had phone interview with recruiter and then was invited to interview in person. Once I was there I was given a tour of the building and sat for a job shadow with one of the employees. After that was complete I had 2 one on one interviews.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Chicago, IL
I applied online. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2023
The interview process was very quick and easy. One phone call and then an in-person interview. The phone interview was very casual and mostly conversational. All of the questions were your normal basic interview questions, nothing difficult. The cost of the trip was covered and went very smoothly. They reimburse up to $500.

Anonymous Employee in Austin, TX
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Apr 2023
This has been one of the smoothest interview processes I have ever experienced. Every email I received from the recruiter, Caroline, was very detailed and thorough about the itinerary and expectations for the phone and in-person interviews. I appreciated that it only took those 2 interviews in order to get an offer, they don't complicate the process. During the in-person interview, I had a great conversation with the hiring manager, he did his homework and pointed out things from my resume that were very relatable to the job and he asked meaningful questions about my experience, education, and interests. They also covered a large amount of detail about the compensation plan and the training process.
- Situational questions about handling unexpected, complicated situations or clients.
