This process was smooth but definitely required me to do my research. I interviewed with the Director of Recruiting and the VP. I was amazed at how they took the time to get to know me and explore if it was a good fit or not. Their questions required me to know about the industry and the company itself, but were not overwhelming. Overall, one of the better interviews that I have had.
