It first check your background,then call you for telephonic round after then face 2 face interview then hr round . After completion of hr round for then your application goes to head office for approval. Then approval it start for joining process.

It was a technical round. The manager asked the basics of digital marketing - SEO , types of SEO, techniques of SEO, Social Media Marketing. and more on digital marketing area as well as given a scenario to solve the problem. They shortlisted us on the basis of engineering background. They checked my entire resume to cross check each and every skills to make sure i know what i have written.
