CV and competency questions, nothing out of the ordinary. The interview itself was pleasant and the interviewers did seem friendly and put me at ease, however the arrangement of the interview was a little disorganised. First was advise it would be on the phone then I was given 1 working days’ notice that they wanted to see me face-to-face. Was advised they would give feedback and ask for thoughts by Thursday of the same week (interview on Monday) but no contact until the following Monday. Then no real feedback just stock "we gave the role to someone else" response. Disappointing as there was much talk of how different they were to other companies/legal firms however this does not look to be the case in practice.

It was a really relaxed atmosphere, they did really well at putting me at ease even though I was really nervous. Lovely group of people and they came back to me the same day with a job offer.
