One in‑person interview lasting around 90 minutes, mostly situational and competency‑based questions, with some challenges based on assumptions (e.g. “If you’ve done X a lot, will you be happy doing Y?”). Also required a 15‑minute training presentation. Note for others: clarify in advance how they expect this to be delivered, as no guidance was offered.
I was told in the interview that I would receive an outcome within one week. Two weeks later, I was contacted and asked to attend a second interview. I expressed surprise, as this hadn’t been outlined, and asked for clarification on the change in process, the logistics (including whether it would be in person), and what the second stage would involve. I was asked to bring or email my original training materials so also asked whether digital training materials would be acceptable.
I mentioned that I had been offered another role but had not yet accepted it, as I was still interested in this position. I received the written invitation shortly after. The following day, the second interview was withdrawn.
