I was asked to come to their office in Phoenix, where I was given a quick test on my proficiency in SQL and C# .Net. The test were rather easy but had some tricky parts to them. They are well designed to show how well you know the basics, but not much more (which is how it should be, in my opinion). I then was subjected to the usual gamut of questions about who I am and what I would like to do. Overall a pretty straight forward and simple interview. Nothing overly grueling but still detailed enough to get a good grasp of who I am.
