I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AstroVed (Chennai)

It was a detailed process but quick. I had to go through some important questions which made the interview interesting. The interviewer respected my answers and corporated. It was good.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AstroVed (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
They scheduled my interview and when I reached the location then provided a desktop instantly without any conversation or HR interaction.
And after 1.30 hr I submitted the homepage design for Hindu marriage matrimony remedies.
Then I thought, may be HR or another technical discussion will go on but they said to wait for few minutes.
After few minutes, they informed me that please come after 3 days ( On Saturday) to test the coding part.
You have to convert these design into HTML because you said that you find difficulty to work on remote desktop.
(Anyone will find difficulty, because you have to access Internet from other remote desktop and then work for your desktop with no internet connection; first you copy your folder or assets then same apply in you Photoshop or Illustrator).
All of these things, I don't think they need any UI UX designer.
They need a person who can design and convert that into HTML and then Interview process will close.
Now this time, atroved like companies doing same.
They don't know what the mean of UI and UX.
Even they can't differentiate between UI and UX.
They only think that UI UX Designer's JD is all about design PSD and convert into HTML.
Old one thoughts.
They are fulfilling their requirements not the hiring process.
Be aware guys.
6 days working with no professional ethics. ( Which I saw in interview process).
I requested for JD but they can't provide.
